Services Provided

The I Am Space offers energy healing services, workshops, and courses including Life Alignment, Reiki, Integrative Hot Rock Therapy, and Angels & Ascension guidance. These services are for personal wellness and spiritual development purposes.

Important Disclaimer

Our services are complementary and holistic in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results.

Booking and Cancellation

Sessions and workshops must be booked in advance. Cancellation policies:

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund, rescheduling subject to availability
  • No-shows: No refund

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment via [payment methods]. All prices are in NZD unless otherwise stated.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the relationship with any client who:

  • Acts in a threatening, abusive, or disrespectful manner
  • Violates boundaries or makes inappropriate requests
