Booking and Cancellation

Sessions and workshops must be booked in advance. Cancellation policies:

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund, rescheduling subject to availability
  • No-shows: No refund

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment via [payment methods]. All prices are in NZD unless otherwise stated.
